wx-publish-studio: One Docker Compose Command for AI-Generated WeChat Posts
WeChat content teams get a one-command route to fully automated publishing, skipping the manual layout and upload work. Elsewhere, it's a concrete case of shipping an AI-agent workflow as a single Docker service, though the platform-specific binding keeps it relevant mainly to WeChat publishers.
wx-publish-studio is an open-source integration that bundles the previously separate zzhub-pipeline and bun-wx-server into a single service. `docker compose up` starts the whole pipeline, from AI-drafted content to a published WeChat public account post. The UI guides account configuration step by step, then presents preset article layouts that accept custom CSS, so nearly any formatting style can be replicated.
Cover templates are set once and apply to every article, eliminating the recurring design step. The integration credits Opus5.5 and miniMax3.1flash for bringing the packages together.
One limitation stands out: the rendering plugin builds on milkdown with custom syntax, and the WeChat image-rendering plugin does not yet support all of it. AI writing therefore needs separate skills for article and image output, otherwise unrecognized syntax appears in the draft box after auto-publishing.
Open-sourcing plugins alone didn't make the workflow accessible; a single Docker entry point did.
The milkdown syntax mismatch shows that AI output must be validated against the target platform's renderer, or published drafts will contain unrecognized constructs.
The tool targets users with 'some hands-on ability' – meaning Docker comfort is still a prerequisite, so it's not a fully no-code solution.
